  - Per-device profiles concept (controller-served)

  On device: enable Install unknown apps for your browser/file manager,
  open the APK, install. USB debugging optional for adb install from BUILD.

BUILD MACHINE (operator)

    powershell -ExecutionPolicy Bypass -File install-sideload.ps1
  Requires adb + USB debugging authorized when using the script.
  First release install may uninstall prior build if signing key changed.

CRYPTO PANEL COUPLING
  Tablet reads Nitro V2 only: http://192.168.1.208:7440/api/status (+ market)
  V1/V3 compare lives on the web crypto-trio page — not inside the APK.
  Rebuild APK when API shape or CryptoSnapshot fields change.

KNOWN / WALLS
  Controller Win11 restart may be pending — services autostart after reboot
  Firewall :7420 must allow tablet LAN if BOSS unreachable
  Not a commercial Play Store app — homelab experimentation only
  Partner game runner / Cross Stitch tools are operator-side (USB) — separate notes
